Sensilift

The clinically proven Dynamic RF™ technology in Sensilift combines clinically proven RF (Radio Frequency), with advanced facial massage. It works by allowing multiple RF waves to reach deeper and more evenly through the skin layers to heat tissues containing collagen. This heat both generates new collagen and remodels existing collagen, resulting in reduced wrinkles and improved skin elasticity.

With Sensilift, proven RF technology goes above and beyond its standard capabilities, transforming into the all-new Dynamic RF™. This new and improved skin rejuvenation system is based on Radio Frequency technology, typically used to restore a more youthful look by helping tighten and lift the skin. RF waves gently penetrate the skin tissue, right into the dermal layers where collagen fibers reside. When these collagen fibers are heated to the correct and safe temperature, they cause the skin to tighten and improve its elasticity, giving you with medical-grade skincare without ever walking into a costly clinic.
Unlike typical RF technology for home use, which is restricted when treating a specific area, Dynamic RF™ includes a unique facial massage function that gently and continuously massages the treated area. This massaging action has been proven to enable multiple RF wave lengths to penetrate different skin layers simultaneously. This creates a more intense, deep and more effective treatment. It gets even better. Sensilift also includes specialised sensors that constantly “read” your skin’s condition, adjusting the temperature to ensure a more personalised and safe treatment for your convenience and ease of use. Whether you use Sensilift on your face, neck, décolletage or hands, you’ll be able to see and feel how your skin becomes tighter, smoother and more toned, with every single treatment.

Not at all, in fact it’s just the opposite. When used correctly, Sensilift creates a warm and relaxing sensation on the area being treated.

Results may be visible from the first treatment. For long-lasting results, the treatment should be repeated as recommended in the protocol (8 treatments).

For long-lasting results use Sensilift once a week for 8 weeks on each area. Maintenance treatments every 4-8 weeks can help sustain long-term results. The treatment protocol has been clinically proven to be the most efficient and effective way to use the device.

The energy button is a touch button, you don’t too press it too hard, just touch it.

The tube contains 60ml of Gel and every tube is weighted before we put it in its box. It may seem empty because the tube is larger than its actual content, this in order to ease the spreading through the metallic balls.

The strange noise that you hear it’s the massage function, there are people more sensitive to this noise, but this is perfectly normal.

The energy button is a sensitive touch button, you don’t need too press hard, just gently tap it.

In some devices, this malfunction can occur if you use an extension cord, please use the device without it. If it continues, please contact our customer service.

Sensifirm

Treatment time is subject to the size of the area being treated. The most common size of a treatment area is 8cmX15cm/ 3inX6in (which is about the size of a palm) and should take about 10 min. So, if you are doing a treatment area 2 times bigger than your palm, just multiply 2 and 10 to get your treatment time.

Besides the treatment benefits of the vibrations, they also help to let you know that the device is working. If you don’t feel a vibration the front light should be orange, this means that you don’t have enough contact with your skin so try to press gently on the area you’re treating or add more gel.

If you feel a stinging sensation it most likely means you don’t have enough gel on the treated area. Just add a bit more.

The secret is the temperature. In order to see results we suggest you keep the temperature elevated. If you feel the temperature dropping you can: decrease the area of treatment, increase the energy level or slow your movements until the temperature rises again.

Once you reach your goal, which will take a minimum of 8 weeks, you can start using the device once or twice a month to maintain the results of your hard work.

The tube has 3 metallic balls in order to help you apply the right amount of gel. A thin even layer is all you need per treatment, just be sure that the whole area you intend to treat is covered.

Don’t worry, there is no need to squeeze. As you roll the tube over your skin the gel will cover the area – don’t expect to see gel come out of the tube. The 3 metallic balls are designed to neatly apply a thin layer of gel, just enough for the treatment, if the area is not fully covered repeat until it is.

You can buy the gel separately on our website, www.sensica.com/gb

During and immediately after treatment, you may feel your skin become warm due to the heat energy, and it may turn slightly red or pink. This is normal and simply means that the device is working. It is also normal to experience some swelling post treatment. Both the redness and swelling will disappear shortly after the treatment is complete. If at any point you feel pain or discomfort, you should stop the treatment and let your skin cool down. Other possible side effects can be found in the Instructions for Use. Please read it carefully before beginning treatment.

This is not necessary; we recommend following the treatment protocol of using the device once a week. This is the most efficient way to optimize your results.

Sensilight

Sensilight RPL™ (Reactive Pulsed Light) technology is based on clinically proven IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) technology. The difference is that RPL™ features a combination of unique sensors that constantly monitor your skin to ensure your comfort and safety. If the sensors detect that the skin in the treatment area is too dark, or that contact between the device and the skin has been broken, no flash will be emitted.

Unlike laser technology which can be painful, RPL™ is pain free. It works by emitting multiple wavelengths covering a large area while lasers emit just one beam of pure light to pinpoint a very small area.

Yes. Sensilight is suitable for any gender but please note that male body hair tends to be thicker, especially on the chest and face, so more treatment sessions may be necessary before results can be seen. Sensilight can also be used for beards, sideburns and moustaches but it cannot be used above the cheek line, on the ear or inside the nose.

No need to do anything special but just remember to start your treatment on clean, shaven skin and no waxing or suntanning within a few weeks before your first treatment or in between treatments.

Treatments are most effective on darker hair types as they contain more melanin. Melanin is the pigment that gives hair and skin its color, and the melanin is what absorbs the light of the treatment. As black and dark brown hair have the most melanin, they respond best but the treatment can work on other hair shades and colors.

There is no need to do the treatment more than instructed. The Sensilight Treatment Protocol was designed to ensure the most safe, effective and efficient results. Please refer to the Recommended Treatment Protocol in the Instructions for Use before beginning your first treatment.

Not at all. When used correctly, Sensilight just creates a warm sensation on the treated area.

It may take up to 3-4 treatments before results can be seen. As you progress through the full treatment protocol, hair will naturally and gradually fall out. How soon this happens will vary between users, depending on factors such as age, hair color and the stage of hair growth during which the treatment is performed.

You should not use Sensilight directly over tattooed skin, moles, freckles or beauty marks. During treatment, simply cover these areas with white surgical tape or a white cloth to make sure they are not exposed to flashes from the device. For a full list of safety warnings, please read the Instructions for Use.

Your safety is of utmost importance to us and in order to keep our users safe we advise that people to whom any of the following apply do NOT use Sensilight: if you are pregnant or nursing; if you have skin cancer, epilepsy, severe or decompensated diabetes, broken skin/herpes or psoriasis. *See Instructions for Use for more information.

It is possible to use the device over a non-keloid scar. We instruct users to perform a preliminary test on the lowest energy setting to see if there is any reaction or sensitivity on the area.

Sensilight (all devices) can be used only from the cheekbones down and cannot be used in the nose, over the lips or on/in the ears.

Only shaving is recommended for removing hair between treatments as the hair follicle below the skin needs to remain in order for the treatment to be effective.

For your safety, we Do Not recommend using Sensilight on any genital area including (anus, nipples etc..)

Sensilight Pro can emit 600 flashes before needing to be recharged.

The Sensilight Pro has 2 treatment modes: pulse and glide. In pulse mode, press the trigger button once to release a single flash of light, move to the next spot and repeat. If you hold down the trigger button continuously for three consecutive flashes, glide mode will set automatically, releasing continuous flashes without having to touch the trigger button. Glide mode will be automatically deactivated when the device is not in proper contact with the skin, or if the skin tone is not suitable for treatment.

Sensilight Pro has an energy recommendation button that selects the recommended energy level according to your skin tone. When you press this button, you will see the light running through all the numbers, release one flash on the treatment area, now you will see the recommended energy level for that area.
*Note: The recommended energy level will not re-set automatically when the skin tone or treatment area is changed. Please remember to test the skin tone in each treatment area.

Sensilight Pro is a cordless device, as such you need to charge it before the first use and whenever the battery level is low.

IPL and RPL are pulsed light energy and they create heat. The noise you hear is the cooling system of the device activating a fan.

Sensilift Mini

Yes, with Sensilift MINI you will see results from the first treatment. For many years, the use of RF technology has established itself as a technology of great success in the field of medical aesthetics.

Sensilift has been designed to reduce wrinkles and restore elasticity to the skin on areas such as the crow’s feet, jaw, cheeks, around the mouth (not over the lips), nasolabial folds/ smile folds, the eleven (between the eyebrows), chin, forehead and décolleté area.

Intrense ™ technology uses electromagnetic radio frequency (RF) to reach all layers of the skin in depth, stimulating collagen production.

Yes, Sensilift MINI has been tested and approved by dermatologists and doctors to meet FDA home safety standards. It is important to follow the instructions as indicated in the User Manual.

No. Absolutely. Sensilift MINI produces a relaxing sensation of warmth on the treated area. It is always important to apply the Base Gel on the treatment area.

During treatment with Sensilift MINI it is normal to experience: sensations of warmth, created by the RF™ energy,  and some mild red or pink color on the skin, during and just after treatment.

The first results are visible already from the first treatment. For lasting results, the protocol treatment must be completed and repeated following the recommendations of the User Manual.

Like every process also aging is an ongoing process that we cannot change, that’s why we recommend to have also maintenance treatment. You will be happy to know that you will see further improvement even 1-2 months after completing the protocol, as collagen production is a delayed process.

Yes, both women and men can use Sensilift MINI. However, men should shave the hair in the area they intend to treat before starting a treatment.

To firm the skin in a lasting way, the recommended treatment protocol is 5 minutes, once a week for a period of 8-10 weeks on each area. For maintenance you should repeat the treatment every 4 weeks on each area.

It is not harmful to use the device more than the recommended, but it is not necessary. It is more important to be constant and using it every week, trying to do more may become a burden which eventually will lead to an incomplete protocol and poor results.

The ON/OFF button is very sensitive, just touch gently and it will work as expected.

During the treatment it is normal to feel the heat come and go as Sensilift MINI is provided with safety sensors which monitor the temperature all along the treatment and will stop delivering RF energy (the heat) in order to keep you safe. That is the reason why from time to time it will stop heating for just a few seconds and will begin to heat once again after that.

If you suffer from skin cancer, any active skin disease (such as herpes, rash, etc.) or if you have moles, blisters and any other skin injuries in the area to be treated, the Sensilift MINI will not be suitable for you.

NOTE: Please refer to the user manual for the full list of contraindications, warnings and cautions and in case of doubt consult with your physician.

Yes. You may use make up immediately after Sensilift MINI treatment completion.

The recommended treatment protocol is once a week for 8 weeks and it is best to stick to the treatment regimen. However, if you miss a treatment you do not need to worry. Perform treatment as soon as it is possible, and proceed with the next treatments a week after the completed treatment.

Perform treatment with the Sensilift MINI on clean and dry skin, without any creams on it. Use only the Base Gel during treatment. After treatment with the Sensilift MINI you may apply your routine anti-aging creams. Difference between Sensilift and Sensilift mini.

Both devices are RF operated, Sensilift uses a more advanced technology which includes a massage feature that enables RF to cover larger volume of tissue, by two moving fingers, which deliver a pleasant massage and enhance micro-circulation- that’s why we call it “Dynamic” RF.

Sensilift mini uses the same RF energy and is static, its more compact and lighter which make its use more comfortable.
