If within 60 days after purchasing a Sensica device from the Sensica website, you are not completely satisfied and would like a refund, please fill this form or send an email to: supportUK@sensica.com, and once receiving the Return Authorization Number, return it with the original dated sales receipt directly to Sensica to receive a refund.

(1) Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and
(2) Either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
