We want you to be entirely happy with your purchase. Sensica devices come with a 60-day money-back guarantee for Sensica products purchased online on the Sensica website. If within 60 days after purchasing a Sensica device from the Sensica website, you are not completely satisfied and would like a refund, please fill this form or send an email to: supportUK@sensica.com, and once receiving the Return Authorization Number, return it with the original dated sales receipt directly to Sensica to receive a refund.

NOTE: If you purchased a Sensica product, not from the Sensica website, please contact the store or party from where you purchased it for details regarding their return policy.

Return Procedure and Terms 

  1. Your returned product must have a Sensica Return Authorization Number. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization.
  2. Returns should be mailed prepaid (no collect returns accepted) to the address provided by Sensica Customer service.
  3. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a handling fee will be charged.
  4. In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that the device is carefully packed (it is best to return it with its original Sensica box). Please be sure to include ALL of the items in your return, even if opened.
  5. Devices that are returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit per Sensica’s judgment.
  6. Refund does not include postage costs for the return of the product but will include applicable taxes paid by the customer if any.
  7. No responsibility will be accepted for late, lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged products.
  8. Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.
  9. Devices that are returned beyond the guarantee period will not be returned to the customer unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a Re-Shipment Fee.
  10. The guarantee covers only Sensica devices. Other Sensica products such as pads or creams are consumables and are therefore considered non-refundable.

Note: Sensica recommends that you

(1) Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and

(2) Either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that by not following these recommendations, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.
